What type of Payments / Deposit are accepted?

You can pay with Cash or Credit Cards. A valid credit card numbers is require to secure your Rental Date & Time. Required Deposit are due at time of placing your order.

$50 Deposit for any invoice Total $200 or less.

25% Deposit for any invoice Total $201 or greater.

What is your Cancellation / Bad Weather policies?

Cancellation Policy: Customer will receive a full refund, if customer cancels At Least 10 business days prior to event date. If customer place any order or cancels less than 10 business days prior to event date. Customer will forfeit all deposits made to Bounce Sesame.

Worry Free Weather Cancellation policy lets you cancel up to 6:00 PMm the night before your event. There are absolutely NO fees associated with having to cancel due to poor weather (constance rain, lightning, snow, high wind) conditions as long as it is done before 6:00pm the night before your event. Sorry, all deposit will be forfeit if cancellation is not made by 6 PM the day prior to event date. No Refund or Rain Checks will be issued after the equipment has been en route for delivery, even if the equipment is not used

How long do I get to use the equipment?

Your inflatables are delivered and set up for Up to 5 Hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $10 per hour. Should you have any other special circumstance. We'll be happy to try to accomodate, depends on our delivery schedule. Please let us know two days prior to your event. We will call to confirm your delivery and pick up times.

Are reservations necessary?

Yes, to ensure the best selection during our peak season March - November. We suggest you call us several weeks ahead of time for reservation and as much as three months ahead of time if you are planning a large event such as school, church carnival, company picnic, or community event. The earlier you book, the greater your selection. However, we are happy to help with last-minute plans.

Is Bounce Sesame Insured & State Inspected?

Absolutely!! The State of North Carolina has very specific requirements regarding insurance coverage and Inspection for inflatable attraction. Once the insurance is obtained our policy must be reviewed by North Carolina Department Of Labor to insure proper coverage is in place. We are require to have our equipment inspected yearly.
"Remember...reputable companies carry insurance and MUST pass state inspection, so don't be afraid to ask for an insurance certificate & inspection certificate from any company"

What if I want to change my order?

We will be happy to change your order based on equipment availability. The earlier you call, the greater the selection.

If you have multiple items in your order. Sorry....We do not allow any deleting / remove any item(s) from your order after 7 business day prior to your event date.

Can I pick up the equipment from you?

Professional setup by trained staff is the first step to ensuring the safety of your event; therefore we do not allow anyone to pick up or set up the equipment.

How much room do I need? Set Up area must be Clear and Clean?

The amount of room required varies with each piece of equipment. As a rule of thumb, you should add 5' to the width and 10' to the length of any inflatable. In addition, please be sure there is proper overhead clearance from electrical, telephone wires and trees branches for the unit you are renting. We are happy to discuss space requirements when you make a reservation.

Set up area must be clear and clean from animal waste/feces, tree branches, sharp rocks etc. A Clear, Clean area only to ensure your child and guests have a SAFE fun Jumping GOOD TIME!!

What kind of supervision is necessary?

For the safety of the participants, each piece of our equipment requires at least one adult ( 18 of age or older ) to supervise at all times. Some of our larger pieces, such as slides and obstacle courses, require at least two adult supervisors. We cannot over-emphasize the need for adult supervision at all times.

Accidents on equipment generally come from two things: too many children in the unit or the unit not kept secured. Supervisors should monitor the amount of children and make sure they're acting in a responsible manner. Safety briefings are given before all events and we require a signature from the customer stating this has been done.

What if it rains or high winds?

Our worry free weather cancellation policy lets you cancel up to 6:00pm the night before your event. There are absolutely NO fees associated with having to cancel due to poor weather conditions as long as it is done before 6:00pm the night before your event. Sorry....but full payment is required if cancellation is not made by 6pm.

Should you decide to take the inflatable and it begins to rain or high winds, you simply need to shut the power to the unit off, allow it to deflate. Cover the inflatable with tarp provided or follow verbal instructions. Please keep in mind that the inflatables can not be operated in wind over 20mph

Our inflatable equipment often gets caught in a summer passing rain as water will not hurt the inflatable. Our main concern is the safety of your guests, so we simply ask that when the rain stops, use a dry towel to wipe off the water and resume use.
